Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour notice on all cancellations. Missed appointments or failure to provide sufficient notice will be subject to a $25 fee. We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, this creates a gap in our schedule and we are unable to fill that time slot. We understand that sometimes things happen in life unexpectedly, but we want to be consistent with everyone, regardless of the reason. Thank you for understanding.
Please do your best to arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the patients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary for their scheduled appointment.
Shaving Policy
We do need you to come to your appointment fully shaved in the treatment area as the laser is not able to target any long hairs that were missed. There will be a $25 shaving fee per area if we have to shave the area for the extra time that it takes our technician and the cost of razors.
If you arrive at your appointment unshaved, we will have to reschedule your appointment and enforce the $25 fee.
Fragrance Free Office
As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume or scented products in our office. Thank you for your cooperation.
For the comfort and safety of everyone, no children are allowed.
Packages Policy
As of Feb 2nd, 2024, we no longer allow use of packages that were purchased for a specific area to be used for alternate areas.
Packages can only be used by the purchaser. We no longer allow packages to be shared with other clients. You can however, purchase a package for someone else.
For the safety of everyone involved, we do not allow extra person(s) into a laser room during treatment.
